Replacement process was good, send photo of chopped cord and replacement arrived within a week. Have got the Large plan to split, can share code. Called kogan mobile again and was told the problem is these sim cards are so old like 2 years old they have been deactivated.
Gave me the choice of getting a new sim sent out no guarantee this one also wouldn't be old and deactivated or I could go into 7 11s and call them to check each sim before purchasing. Had this same problem too for the first time ever few months ago with one of my older sims, moved half way up my order of about 20 Kogan Sims and Presto, it worked. I straight away threw out all the older sims up to the good one and next time we see what happens lol.
